Proof of Ownership Requirements

Customers must provide valid physical or digital proof of ownership in the form of a product registration, license code, cover of users manual or original proof of purchase from an approved competitor at the time of Retrospect product activation.

Competitive Upgrade Process

Customers wishing to participate in the competitive upgrade program should purchase the desired Retrospect product from the upgrade matrix. At the time of activation, you will be required to contact Retrospect Customer Service to provide proof of ownership.
